Aiming for long maturation on the lees to increase the biscuity flavours and reduce the strong apple  flavours this 2017 vintage cider was bottled early 2018 and has remained on the lees in our cider cave until September  this year 2024.  Exquisitely delicate and beautiful cider to sip from a champagne flute.  Won Bronze at the NZ Cider Awards 2024
